Half Day Guided Sea Kayak Tour
Join us for a half day kayak tour in Northern Cape Breton, along the Cabot Trail. Explore salt marshes and rocky coastlines and barrier beaches.
Sea Kayak Tour $105 per person plus tax
Tour season July 15th-Sept 1st at 10am by reservation
Tours start with quick and easy instruction, and then you head out in our sturdy double and single kayaks for a 2.5-3.5 hour tour. The tour explores the coves of South Harbour including oyster aquaculture, salt marshes and local birds. Half way through the tour you will take a short break on a barrier beach, with a small snack and local stories. If conditions are favorable the tour will launch in the sea and paddle along the coast to a near by fishing village.

Double and Single Kayaks:
We use a combination of sturdy double and single sea kayaks
What you need:
We suggest sporty synthetic clothes, shoes that will get wet, water bottles and an extra layer
Whats included:
Your tour includes kayak, pfd, paddle, guide, safety gear and a small snack
Ages 12 and up:
Given the challenging nature of kayaking on the sea, the tour is suited to ages 12 and up
Beginners Welcome:
Our tour is suited for beginner paddles but there are often challenging moments.
Rental Options:
Younger children, pets and those unsure about a 3 hour tour will love our easy rentals
